Terms and Conditions for ST3OrthoBoss COURSES

1. General Overview

By registering for any of our courses, including the Knowledge Course, Mock Interview Course, and Online Membership Course, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please review them carefully.

2. Knowledge and Mock Interview Courses

Delivery of the Course:

The Knowledge and Mock Interview Courses are delivered online via Microsoft Teams. The start and finish times will be communicated to you via email prior to the course. All communication regarding course details will also be conducted via email.

Attendance and Refunds:

•It is your responsibility to attend the course at the designated time.

•No refunds will be provided if you fail to attend the course.

•If you arrive late, we will not revisit earlier sections of the course.

•In certain cases, if discussed and agreed with us, you may receive a recording of the session for viewing purposes, but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Course Recordings:

The course sessions are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. By attending the course, you consent to being recorded. These recordings are proprietary and will not be shared except under special circumstances.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

All materials presented in the Knowledge and Mock Interview Courses are copyrighted and protected under intellectual property law. Any unauthorized use, sharing, reproduction, or distribution of course content is strictly prohibited.

Breach of Copyright: If we discover that any material has been shared, distributed, or reproduced without authorization, we reserve the right to take legal action, including seeking compensation for damages and immediate removal from the course.

3. Online Membership Course

Course Duration:

The Online Course is a membership that will terminate after the actual ST3 interviews. The membership provides access to exclusive content throughout the interview preparation period.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

All materials provided in the Online Course are copyrighted. No screenshots, copying, or distribution of materials outside the intended capacity of the course is allowed.

Breach of Copyright: If any materials are found to be distributed, shared, or reproduced, your access to the course will be revoked, and legal action may be pursued, including claims for damages.

Refund Policy:

•There is a 48-hour cooling-off period after booking the course, during which you may receive a 50% refund if you cancel.

•No refunds will be granted beyond this 48-hour period.

4. User Conduct

•You are expected to engage with the courses in a respectful manner and maintain confidentiality of all course content.

•Any disruptive behavior or attempts to undermine the integrity of the course will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Amendments and Termination

•We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email.

•If you are found in violation of any of these terms, we may terminate your access to our courses without refund, and you may be subject to legal proceedings.
